Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Every Volix order is cash on delivery anywhere in Pakistan. There is no advance payment — you pay the rider when your parcel arrives.
How long does delivery take, and is it free?
Delivery is free across Pakistan and usually takes 2–3 working days. We confirm every order with you by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Do Volix products have a warranty?
Wireless earbuds, neckbands, power banks, chargers and cables carry a 1-year Volix brand warranty, which covers free service for manufacturing faults. Wired handsfree are not covered by the warranty.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for products that are defective on arrival. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number; the item must be in its original packaging, and return postage is paid by the customer. Once the defect is confirmed, your refund is processed.
